Clamping force model application on the aircraft structural assembly

چکیده
The aeronautic manufacturing industry has been seeking to enhance competitiveness and product quality by applying the Industry 4.0’s technologies. Particularly, on roadmap of digital twin era, a way achieve reduction in time thus production cost is obtain prediction models main elementary assembly operations functions within aircraft process, such as clamping force applied temporary fasteners aircraft’s structural parts. Besides being mandatory operation, it affects multiple tasks along product’s lifecycle. This work focuses role establishing its functional model means an experimental approach based upon resources used real shop floor major manufacturer. To evince requirements that tools can achieve, this employs Taguchi Design method, design experiments, process capability analysis. resulted from aforementioned methods allows behavior control ultimately yielding better geometry quality.
